The Lovetones

The Lovetones are there in your future!
You can say that 2006 has been a damn busy year for The Lovetones. Their second pychadelic opus Meditations was released worldwide to critical acclaim. They spent months wowing audiences across the US, Europe and back home with bands such as The Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Black Angels. Any spare time has been spent their third (as yet untitled) album, due for release in early 2007. To celebrate the crazy year so far, The Lovetones presents WAS I THERE IN YOUR FUTURE - A NIGHT OF PSYCHADELICA at The Annandale Hotel, Saturday November 11th with special guests The Holy Soul, The Dolly Rocker Movement, Silvertone & The Laurels. All of this plus the city's best Psych DJ's over two stages for a psychadelic extravaganza to blow your freakin' mind. To top it off, the night launches UK label Northern Star Records' double CD Psychadelica Volume 1 (featuring most of the aforementioned acts), and the book Tomorrow Is Today by Iain McIntyre.
