Telemetry Orchestra

Sydney-based digital production company Animal Logic has won the Gold World Medal for 'Most Innovative Music Video' at the New York Festivals' 2007 International Television Programming and Promotions Awards.  Animal Logic received the award for the music video it produced for Telemetry Orchestra's single 'Under the Cherry Tree'.  The awards ceremony was held on February 2 at New York City's Downtown Auditorium.

"We feel very honoured to receive this award for 'Cherry Tree', especially knowing it was chosen amongst videos from all over the world," said director Dael Oates, on behalf of the crew at Animal Logic.  "This project was a real labour of love and it's been really exciting to see everyone's reaction to it." You can stream the video here.

Always on the ball, Triple J's Robbie Buck caught up with Dael and T.O's Gavin Angus-Leppan on his Top Shelf the day the announcement was made.

The latest AA side single from EMPIRE features radio edits of Flicker & Hole In The Roof.
