FORTE - Golden Fiddle Compilation

The Golden Fiddle Awards recognizing excellence in fiddle playing and recording will be presented at 11am Thursday January 25th in Blazes Auditorium, West Tamworth Leagues Club, Tamworth during the Tamworth Country Music Festival. To celebrate, Rouseabout Records is releasing FORTE a compilation of previous winners and finalists put together by Marcus Holden from our own Fiddlers Feast. The CD is a stunning collection featuring the likes of FourPlay, CODA, Sean O'Boyle, Dirty Lucy, The Davidson Brothers, Cin Cin, Marcela Taylor, Mikyl Lozin and many more.
 
FORTE (RRR44) will be released on Rouseabout Records through MGM Distribution in January 2008.

Congratulations to Lyn Chandler of Moe for being the winner of the most recent Blarney Bulletin CD give away of this album of protest songs issued to provoke thought in the lead up to what did indeed prove to be the Federal Ejection.
